July coaching call

August coaching call

  • Capacity before productivity: recognising when your nervous system is overloaded and adjusting expectations instead of trying to push through everything.

  • Triage when everyone is overwhelmed: deciding what actually matters today, what can wait, and what can go into the “waiting room” entirely.

  • Boundaries with responsibility: noticing where you automatically over-function, take over, apologise, manage or carry things that don’t actually belong to you.

  • Protect connection from the endless to-do list: sometimes the house, jobs and life admin need to remain unfinished so the people you love don’t continually get what’s left of you.

  • Receiving affection without bracing: noticing the stories your body attaches to touch, affection or closeness, then practising softening, staying present and allowing yourself to receive without assuming what has to happen next. This reflects the wider practice of listening to the body rather than overriding it.

  • Practise rather than perfect: whether it’s boundaries, receiving, asking for what you need or staying present, new relational patterns can initially feel uncomfortable. The work is building capacity to stay with the new experience long enough for it to become safer and more familiar.

July community call

  • The woman you miss is rarely the whole version of you. More often, it's a quality, feeling or way of being that still exists today in a different expression.

  • Romanticising the past. Looking at what is missed while also acknowledging what was difficult about that season of life.

  • Freedom, autonomy and decision fatigue. Recognising where choice, ease and freedom already exist instead of only noticing where they don't.

  • The stories you collect evidence for. Noticing how your mind reinforces familiar narratives and intentionally gathering evidence for a more balanced perspective.

  • Hope, openness and new experiences. Exploring how different seasons of life invite different expressions of these qualities, rather than losing them altogether.

  • Making Honey Club work for you. Using Voxer and the community in a way that feels supportive, sustainable and connected, rather than something to keep up with.

August community call

  • What helps your body open towards sex and intimacy, and what closes it?

  • Creating more slowness, rest, pottering and demand-free space.

  • How overwhelm and endless to-do lists compete with desire.

  • When your partner’s emotional needs start to feel like another demand.

  • “Drop and run” communication: say your truth clearly, briefly, then give them space to process.

  • Holding your own space bubble: boundaries, self-worth and staying grounded without fixing, rescuing or taking over.
